I am an expert in router and network device troubleshooting for companies such as MikroTik, TP-Link, Tenda, Totolink, Ubiquiti, and Calix. Dealing with core networking protocols like DNS, DHCP, and NAT. I also employ tools such as Preseem to track network performance and Q-Contact/CRM systems to deal with support tickets and client records effectively.

I am currently doing a Diploma in IT Network Management at Rosebank College and actively working toward Cisco certifications towards being a certified network engineer in the future. I enjoy problem-solving, learning, and delivering quality support that keeps people connected.
