I've supported customers across vehicle hire, accident repair, telecoms, utilities, and sales, handling enquiries, complaints, payments, and service coordination.

At Solus Accident Repair, I arranged vehicle collections, recoveries, and deliveries, explained repair procedures, completed quality checks, and handled customer data in line with GDPR. I also managed excess payments and resolved repair-related concerns.

In my current role at Diver Hire, I drive cars, vans, and 3.5-tonne lorries, complete daily vehicle safety checks, plan delivery routes, use POD devices, and maintain client standards.

I've also led customer care activity at Mobile Mechanics and Tyres, including bookings, quotes, invoicing, payments, parts ordering, and staff management. I'm looking to continue building a customer service career with a medium or large company.
