I’m a results-driven IT Systems Administrator and Infrastructure professional with 9+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, and business-critical operations. I focus on keeping systems stable, secure, and always available across regional environments.

In my current role as IT Lead / IT Officer at Colas South Africa, I manage regional IT operations across South Africa, Zambia, and Namibia. I handle ERP administration and Microsoft 365 management, while owning backups, security, reporting, and business continuity for the teams I support.

Previously, I supported Active Directory and Microsoft 365 while providing VPN, endpoint, and infrastructure support as an IT Support Technician at Sappi Saiccor (2016–2022). I also worked on enterprise support and migration projects as a contract Support Engineer for Nedbank, and supported Windows rollout plus SharePoint administration for Lignotech SA.

I bring a practical, operations-first mindset grounded in security & compliance, reliable infrastructure, and clear reporting. I’m motivated by digital transformation and steady execution—so the technology my stakeholders rely on performs as promised.
