I am an IT professional with hands-on experience in hybrid cloud administration, enterprise networking, and end-user technical support. I have supported Microsoft 365, Azure environments, Windows Server, and core networking infrastructure during multiple ICT internships.
My background includes implementing and managing Active Directory, Azure identities and governance, virtual networking, and hybrid cloud resources. I have practical exposure to Cisco routers and switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, and common network protocols and tools.
