I'm the sole internal IT resource at Capital Software, supporting approximately 30 internal users and international clients across day-to-day technology operations.

I administer Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, licensing, Freshworks service requests, xneelo-hosted services, backups, and network environments including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.

I manage endpoint protection with Malwarebytes, AVG, and Kaspersky; deploy and troubleshoot hardware; and support VoIP, CCTV, access control, banking and insurance platform connectivity, systems integrations, and process automation.

My background also includes construction coordination, warehouse and stores supervision, national stock auditing, logistics, quality control, compliance, and inventory operations, bringing a practical process-improvement and business-continuity mindset to IT.
