What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or relocation-supported role where I can own secure IT operations, improve infrastructure and support delivery, and help teams stay productive across distributed environments.

I've spent more than 20 years at New Media, a division of Media24, growing from office support into full ownership of IT operations.

I currently run end-to-end systems operations for a 200-person business unit, covering hardware, application deployment, network and security tooling, Active Directory and Entra ID, Microsoft and Apple accounts, and Tier 2/3 support.

I led New Media's remote-work transition in 10 days at the onset of COVID-19, keeping 200 staff connected, secure, and productive. I also co-designed a Teams-based asset management system that remains part of daily operations.

I'm a calm, methodical operator focused on secure, reliable infrastructure, proactive maintenance, compliance, and practical staff support. My IT service delivery has consistently been rated "Exceeds Standards."
