I’m looking to grow in customer experience and operations through well-organized, project-focused work. I want roles where clear communication, reliable execution, and CRM-driven service make a measurable impact.

I’m a project management graduate with experience in customer service, travel consulting, and client relationship management. I’m known for reliability, organization, and composure under pressure, backed by strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM and service platforms.

In my Support and Technical specialist role at Concentrix, I served as first-line support for ISP customers, delivering prompt assistance and troubleshooting service issues. I diagnosed problems across WiFi, broadband, and phone lines, resolving technical concerns with clear, customer-focused guidance.

As a Global Connection Officer at G Adventures, I managed multiple projects end-to-end—from initial briefs to final delivery—while meeting deadlines consistently. I also developed brand identities, logos, and style guides for 30+ small and medium-sized businesses, creating visual assets for websites and mobile applications and improving workflow efficiency with new design and project management tools.

Earlier, I strengthened my customer experience foundation as a Customer Experience Specialist by handling inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues at first contact, and managing complaints and product returns professionally. I’ve also supported clients as a Financial Advisor through guidance on investments, insurance, and debt management, and I’m eager to grow into customer experience, operations, and project-focused roles.
