I'm looking to lead learning and workforce capability systems that connect leadership development, learning technology, and analytics to measurable operational performance.

At Lucky Strike Entertainment, I lead a 10-person L&D team supporting 16,000 employees across 350 locations. I connect leadership development, LMS administration, platform architecture, and analytics to the operational metrics that matter.

I reduced annual manager training costs by $720K by redesigning training into a blended model, and I oversee a five-day new-manager program tied to $2.4M in annual training spend. I also built an integrated learning data model and Power BI layer connecting completion, skills, and 26 learning paths to operational KPIs.

My operational foundation includes leading multi-unit P&L portfolios at Bowlero and OTG Management, from a $22M three-center portfolio to 19 airport hospitality and retail locations. I use that frontline perspective to build practical learning systems, strengthen retention, and enable leaders to execute.
