What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply mixed-methods research and data analysis to turn user, consumer, or program insights into clear product and strategic decisions.

I've evaluated a college mentoring program at PHENND using propensity score matching and regression models across 2,095 records, translating findings into evidence for nonprofit leadership and grant applications.

At Baidu, I used surveys, interviews, focus groups, and market research to shape redesigns for Baidu Netdisk and feature opportunities for TeraBox, with over half of my redesign recommendations adopted. I also brought consumer insights experience from Ipsos, applying conjoint analysis, segmentation research, and brand health tracking to inform packaging, pricing, and brand decisions.

Quantitative Research Intern

Collected, validated, and integrated data from multiple sources, standardized variables, applied missing data imputation in R, and built a centralized database with a codebook. Designed a quasi-experimental evaluation plan, conducted propensity score matching, and ran regression models in Python.

Conducted a large-scale survey (N=1,124) and 6 in-depth interviews to identify user perceptions and pain points; moderated a focus group and presented desktop redesign concepts. Translated user feedback into redesign recommendations, over half of which were adopted, and informed product roadmap decisions.

Designed a survey for an iPhone-to-vivo user migration study and built complex branching logic based on brand-switching behaviors. Documented and synthesized 8 in-depth interviews for a consumer segmentation study, applied conjoint analysis, and conducted annual brand health tracking and competitive benchmarking.
