I’m a Senior System Engineer with deep experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access management, and security platforms. I focus on turning security and device management requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

At Innovaccer, I led end-to-end CyberArk EPM POC, implementation, and production deployment, and I did the same for JumpCloud. I also manage platforms like Rippling, SOTI mobicontrol, and Intune to keep devices secure and compliant.

I handle MDM enrollments, device security policies, and endpoint encryption across macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu. I build automation using scripts to enforce security policies, deploy zero-touch applications, automate patching through JumpCloud and CyberArk, and manage customized deployments by department.

Earlier, as an L2 Desktop Support Engineer, I supported enterprise desktop and infrastructure for the GSTN project, including network, VPN, printer, and OS/application support. Today, I continue delivering strong L2/L3 support and improved workflows using Jira Service Desk and Freshservice, while working closely to resolve escalations and strengthen IT operations.
