What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, with opportunities to hire across tech and non-tech roles, strengthen employee experience, and contribute to engagement and compliance initiatives.

At Dropdash Technologies, I own end-to-end hiring for Sales, Seller, KAM, and support roles, from role scoping and sourcing through offers and joining.

I've closed 10+ hires end-to-end and was promoted from HR Intern to HR Executive within three months for exceeding recruitment delivery. I also support Fship, Dropdash's sister company, by recruiting AI Engineers and other technical talent with engineering stakeholders.

Beyond hiring, I lead onboarding, documentation, induction, attendance, leave management, and employee records to create a smooth Day-1 experience.

I've opened a campus recruitment channel, brought in certified POSH trainers, and organised an employee health check-up camp. My psychology background shapes how I approach employee wellbeing, engagement, and people operations.
