I’m looking to lead product and growth analytics where I can run end-to-end experimentation and cohort-based insights, build strong analytics teams, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive measurable customer and commercial impact.

I’m a product analytics leader with 9+ years of experience building and leading high-performing analytics teams across high-scale B2C consumer products. I translate complex business problems into structured analytical questions, then own projects end-to-end to deliver decisions leaders can act on.

My core strengths are advanced analytical techniques—customer acquisition, engagement, retention, LTV optimization, funnel diagnostics, and cohort behavior analysis. I’ve designed rigorous A/B and multivariate experimentation frameworks to measure impact on conversion, CSAT, and operational performance, while communicating insights through clear storytelling and senior-level presentations.

Most recently at Tata 1mg, I led customer experience, supply chain, and loyalty analytics, built and managed an analyst team, and partnered with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. I launched the “Lite Plan” subscription using behavioral cohort discovery, driving 11% incremental daily subscribers, and improved post-order journeys by introducing self-serve features that reduced dependency on chatbot/agent support.

Earlier, at Khatabook, I owned business, product, and marketing analytics across a 16M+ user base—building ML clustering to segment users for personalization, running pricing and monetization experiments, and planning a freemium launch end-to-end to validate willingness-to-pay. Across roles, I’ve delivered measurable commercial outcomes, including 26% shipment reduction and ~Rs. 1 Cr/month margin improvement through data-driven frameworks.
