I’m a Project Management and Operations professional with over 3.5 years of experience managing large-scale programs, stakeholder engagement, volunteer initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

In my CSR and Sustainability Manager role, I managed 15+ social impact initiatives by building NGO partnerships, establishing operational processes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring structured program management.

I led PAN-India programs as the SPOC for NGO partners, coordinating cross-functional teams and volunteers while supervising vendors and state teams to support projects benefiting 2,000+ community members. I also managed a Rs. 1 crore CSR portfolio, overseeing budgets, compliance, and KPIs, and delivered program updates with actionable insights.

I bring disciplined execution and clear communication—facilitating project review meetings, aligning leadership on objectives and timelines, and documenting progress through newsletters, reports, presentations, and communication materials. Earlier, I also gained experience through a Social Media and Marketing internship, using data-driven planning to increase audience engagement and launch new products.
