What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a CSR/social impact role where I can lead proposal and grant work, strengthen donor and NGO partnerships, and deliver measurable environmental and education outcomes—using evidence, compliance, and strong program reporting.

I’m a Strategic corporate social responsibility and operations officer with 6 years of progressive experience in the Social development sector. I’m passionate about combating climate change through research and implementation of action plans, while developing innovative initiatives in partnership with local resources.

At Damco Solutions Private Limited, I led end-to-end CSR & social impact proposal development, grant applications, budgets, and impact reporting—supporting NGOs, corporate CSR programs, government agencies, and funding organizations. I managed the bid and proposal lifecycle across opportunity identification, compliance review, stakeholder coordination, submissions, and post-submission follow-up, and successfully onboarded 1,000+ NGOs onto Damco’s social impact platform, Do Good.

Beyond proposals, I designed and executed employee volunteering and community engagement programs with NGOs, built reusable proposal and documentation libraries, and led digital engagement campaigns through Viva Engage. Previously, as a Corporate Social Responsibility Officer and Operations at Give Me Trees Trust, I delivered environmental and education-based grant projects with corporate partners, and earlier I supported donor relationship work at UNICEF India.
