At GeBBS Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I manage the annual CSR programme, including a ₹3 Cr budget across education, healthcare, environment and livelihood initiatives. I coordinate Finance, Legal and NGO partners to support compliant use of approved funds.
I coordinate the lifecycle of 10 NGO implementation partners across 2 states, from due diligence and onboarding through MoUs, documentation and programme oversight. I also coordinate statutory and third-party audits and maintain records that support audit readiness.
I track programme progress, beneficiary reach and fund utilisation, then turn programme data into leadership updates and CSR reporting. I also developed annual CSR strategy and operating processes, and facilitated the Annual CSR Connect meeting.
My work expanded CSR reach from 59,000+ to 90,000+ beneficiaries year-on-year. Alongside programme operations, I create CSR impact stories and leadership communications, and manage the quarterly internal newsletter.
