What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead CSR and development programs where I can strengthen field delivery, stakeholder partnerships, monitoring, and sustainable outcomes in women’s livelihoods, education, skilling, and community empowerment.

At Prash Social Welfare Foundation, I lead CSR and donor-funded programs from field implementation and beneficiary mobilization to compliance, monitoring, and donor reporting.

I’ve coordinated projects with Samhita Social Ventures, HCL Group, Samsung, Havells, IIT Bombay, government schools, and district education officials. My work has mobilized 300+ women across five villages, trained 1,000+ electricians across four states, and supported AI-enabled learning for 2,500+ students in 25 government schools.

I build practical delivery systems through field-team guidance, stakeholder coordination, MIS reporting, assessments, budgets, proposals, and community engagement. I’m especially committed to women’s livelihoods, education, skilling, and empowerment programs that create sustainable on-ground outcomes.
