What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in CSR/sustainability where I can scale community-led livelihood solutions, build public–private partnerships, and drive measurable social and environmental impact.

I am a CSR and sustainability professional with over nine years of experience leading programs in rural development, sustainable agriculture, livelihood promotion, ESG compliance, and community engagement. I currently lead CSR and sustainability initiatives at Tata Power Western Odisha Distribution Limited, driving strategy, execution, and stakeholder partnerships across nine districts.

My work includes pioneering the Aajivika Farm Fresh organic supply chain recognized in Mann Ki Baat, institutionalizing corporate volunteering via the Arpan platform, and scaling more than 10 Farmer Producer Organizations to meaningful turnover milestones. I have managed large funds and teams—including oversight of a ₹149 crore World Bank-backed JOHAR project—and delivered measurable improvements in farmer incomes, climate resilience, and community welfare.

I bring strengths in program design, impact assessment, partnership building, and team leadership, with hands-on experience in branding, market linkages, and training under schemes like PMFME, NRLM, and state livelihood programs. I am motivated to design scalable, frugal innovations that align business goals with long-term social outcomes.
