What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging role where I can lead and innovate in sustainable development programs, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support holistic community empowerment and social and environmental sustainability.

At Infosys India, I contribute to managing a CSR portfolio, supporting proposal workflows, partner onboarding, and grant governance. I also monitor education and healthcare programs against their milestones.

At Pernod Ricard India, I conceptualized and implemented SDG-focused initiatives, including work in water resource management, regenerative agriculture, and ESG. I coordinated with communities, government agencies, NGOs, and businesses to support community development.

At Hindalco Industries Limited, Aditya Birla Group, I planned and monitored CSR initiatives across health, education, livelihoods, and infrastructure. Earlier, as a Young Professional–Block Programme Manager at Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society, I supported Self-help Group formation and NRLM initiatives at the Block level.
