At Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust, I built monitoring and evaluation frameworks and performance dashboards to track disbursements, utilization of a ₹1.7 Cr CSR and sustainability budget, project milestones, and KPIs. I also sourced and vetted NGO and vendor partners, and contributed to compiling and reviewing the company’s ESG report.
At Sarmad Environmental Consultancy, I co-authored five environmental impact assessment reports and built CRM-based tracking systems in Google Workspace. I’m seeking to bring my partner-evaluation and programme-coordination experience to climate and biodiversity work supporting Nature Positive tourism approaches; through Parivartan–The Change, I’ve also participated in community-led river cleanup, conservation, and waste-management initiatives.
