I'm looking to lead HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HRMS initiatives in a people-first organisation that values process improvement, employee engagement, and business growth.

At KATSON LOGISTICS, I manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and statutory compliance for 32+ client companies and 400+ employees across warehouse locations.

I support major accounts including Berger Paints, JSW Paints, Haier, MRF, Coca-Cola, Birla, Hindware, Havmor, IFB, and JK Tyre. I lead ZIP HRMS implementation, recruit 10–15 profiles monthly, and coordinate closely with operations teams and client representatives.
