What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that offers growth opportunities and values teamwork.

I am a dedicated and adaptable professional with a diverse background in customer service, engineering, and education. My recent experience as a Sky Engineer involved running cables, drilling, and setting up equipment while ensuring excellent customer interaction. This role honed my technical skills and my ability to communicate effectively with clients, which I believe is crucial in any service-oriented position.

Prior to this, I worked as a teaching assistant at Crown Lane Primary School, where I supported children with learning difficulties. This experience taught me to think quickly on my feet and handle challenging situations with grace. My time in the betting industry as a manager at Ladbrokes and William Hill further developed my leadership and organizational skills, allowing me to manage teams effectively while ensuring a high standard of service.

In addition to my professional experiences, I have a strong passion for football, having played for various clubs, and I am currently learning Spanish to enhance my communication skills. I am eager to continue my professional journey and take on new challenges that will allow me to grow and contribute positively to my team.
