Hi, I'm Shofura, an IT Application Support professional with over 7 years of experience at Teleperformance. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, where I graduated with a CGPA of 3.33. I have a strong background in managing and configuring in-house CRM systems, supporting over 20 clients, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Throughout my career, I have developed my skills in SQL and have a foundational knowledge of PHP and Salesforce. My role as a Supervisor in IT Application Support has allowed me to lead teams and enhance operational efficiency. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems and improve user experiences.
