What I'm looking for
I am an IT professional with hands-on experience in helpdesk support, IT implementation, and client training across multiple industries. I have supported operational, accounting, and sales teams and managed project-based L1 support engagements.
I have led ERP and software implementation projects, conducted user acceptance testing, trained clients to use programs, and supported go-live activities for notable accounts. I focus on problem solving, analysis, and ensuring clients can operate systems fluently.
I bring beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and MySQL, strong public speaking and teamwork skills, and fluency in written and spoken English. I seek roles where I can continue implementing solutions and improving client experience.
