What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an environment where I can own IT support and automate repetitive business reporting, learn continuously, and collaborate across a multicultural team—bringing troubleshooting discipline and practical development skills to deliver reliable, efficient outcomes.

I’m an IT Support professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and hands-on Office Administration experience across Google Workspace. I’m adaptable, fast-learning, and actively expanding my language skills for international work opportunities.

In my current role, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for daily business operations, monitor stable internet connectivity, and support internal network infrastructure. I also improve efficiency by automating repetitive data aggregation and validation processes within Excel 365, while maintaining asset records and documenting technical procedures.

Previously, I worked as a Software Developer building web and full-stack applications using Laravel, JavaScript, Maven, Git, Spring, and related tooling. I’ve also supported learning as a part-time Math & Physics teacher and handled administrative sales data processing using SAP ERP—so I’m comfortable working across technical and business environments with clear communication.
