I'm a Senior Application Support Engineer with 11+ years of experience working on enterprise systems, focusing on backend behavior, troubleshooting, and automation. I've spent most of my career handling complex production issues at L3 level: digging into logs, understanding system flows, and working closely with engineering teams to find and implement permanent solutions.

I enjoy building small tools and scripts to reduce manual work and improve response time, and I'm comfortable working across technologies like Java, Python, SQL, and both relational and NoSQL databases. While my core strength is in support, I also have experience with backend design and have contributed to systems like payment platforms and POS applications.
