What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support enterprise CRM environments through configuration, data migration, reconciliation, root-cause investigation, and clear technical documentation for international stakeholders.

At IBS Technology, I've supported Aurea CRM and Salesforce for international customers for more than 10 years, serving as a primary technical contact for configuration changes, system behavior questions, and data issues.

I translate business requirements into CRM objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, Flow automation, and permissions. I investigate issues through configuration, business rules, and underlying data to identify root causes and clarify gaps between documented requirements and actual system behavior.

I've delivered data migrations, cleansing, and reconciliation using Salesforce Data Loader, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and Excel/CSV. I document findings and change rationale clearly, validate results before sign-off, and work independently with stakeholders across time zones.
