I am an IT professional with over seven years of experience in technical support, hardware repair, and network administration, committed to reliable service and system uptime.

I have worked as an IT Resource Executive and currently serve as an IT Technician at St. Basil’s School Basti since August 2022, managing Windows environments, backups, and endpoint support.

My technical background includes diploma-level training in hardware and networking, hands-on experience with Windows 7/10/11 installs and configuration, Windows Server 2008 services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WDS), Cisco router/switch setup, and IP CCTV/NVR systems.
