At Atlassian, I shaped AI-powered IT Ops experiences, including alert grouping, past-alert insights, correlation summaries, and RCA 2.0. I designed system prompts, persona guidance, and behavioral guardrails in partnership with ML engineers.
For Rovo Ops, Atlassian’s customized AI agent for IT Ops, I worked with Engineering on the Anthropic platform and standards, shaping skill definitions, naming, prompting, and discoverability. I also built prototypes to evaluate AI behavior against realistic scenarios.
I established a Content Design–Engineering workflow for prompt design, review, prototyping, and evaluation, and created an audit, change, test, and outcome loop for assessing LLM outputs. I also contributed prompt and content changes through GitHub branches and pull requests.
Earlier, I led UX writing and technical documentation work at Avalara and HCL Software, including leading a team of six technical writers at HCL Software. Across my career, I’ve worked on enterprise software documentation, content strategy, and AI-native product content.
