I’m looking for a talent acquisition leadership role where I can own service delivery and workforce planning for global clients, drive performance and NPS improvements, and lead vendors, compliance, and continuous optimization to grow margins.

I’m an experienced talent acquisition and strategic HR leader with a strong track record in the Services industry, focused on delivering recruitment outcomes across skills and bands. I bring consistent execution strength in service delivery for global customers, with a people-first approach to performance, development, and retention.

As a Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery at Sanderson PLC, I own service delivery for contingent labor and full-time workforce requirements for Fortune 500 clients. I manage P&L across 300+ billable consultants and run monthly governance with MD/COO/BU heads and the sales/account teams to drive process and performance improvements. I’ve also led talent development and retention initiatives, including redesigning the PMS model for consistent performance assessment, and improving NPS from 72% to 90% through scorecard reviews and targeted business development actions.

Previously, as National Recruitment Manager (Equivalent to Recruitment Head) at Manpower Group, I led pan-India recruitment for 2000+ openings with a specialization in lateral and executive hiring across BPO, blue collar, IT, finance, and non-IT profiles. I focused on vendor management, cost and margin improvement by reducing vendor involvement, recruiter productivity, and compliance/Payroll with audit readiness. I’ve also delivered measurable improvements through process and continuous improvement efforts—such as reducing hiring TAT to 56 days from 120 days—and support recruitment automation via UAT to strengthen delivery.
