I'm looking for an HR leadership role where I can lead talent acquisition and HR operations, partner with business stakeholders, improve hiring efficiency, and build engaged, high-performing teams.

I've led recruitment and HR operations teams at Radical Minds and Genpact, managing high-volume hiring while maintaining strong SLA adherence.

At Radical Minds, I led five HR Associates and closed 40–60 bulk and lateral positions each month. I also managed onboarding, documentation, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and ATS/HRMS data readiness.

At Genpact, I led five recruiters across IT, non-IT, and bulk hiring, achieving 95–100% SLA adherence. I partnered directly with hiring managers, improved candidate engagement to reduce dropouts, and coached recruiters on sourcing, ATS usage, and interview coordination.

Earlier, I supported performance management, audits, process improvement, and recruitment across tech and non-tech roles. I bring practical experience in stakeholder management, workforce planning, recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and structured grievance handling.
