At Amazon, I have worked across cross-border transportation, grocery, merchant fulfillment, grocery pickup, and returns logistics initiatives. I currently manage 50+ stakeholders across 10+ teams, working closely with business, operations, product, technology, and other functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.
Some of my key achievements include leading a cross-border initiative that reduced costs by 63% while improving delivery speed by 78%, improving return-logistics connectivity to 98.99%+, and supporting the launch of a new grocery program across North America by configuring more than 30 Amazon grocery sites. My experience also includes developing and using dashboards and internal tools to track performance, identify operational gaps, and support data-driven decision-making.
