At Infosys Ltd., I implemented ServiceNow Event Management for infrastructure monitoring, integrating Logic Monitor through a webhook-based inbound API. I configured event and alert rules and Flow Designer flows to automate alert processing and incident creation.
I’ve also supported ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB, improving data quality by resolving duplicate and incorrectly classified CIs. In my current SecOps work, I support Application Vulnerability Response implementation, including Cloud guard integration and vulnerability data mapping with Transform Maps.
