What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead HR/Compensation implementation work, own user stories and testing plans, and support PMO delivery with clear documentation, dashboards, and strong collaboration.

I’m a Package Consultant focused on Project Management and Implementation of Redwood in Compensation and Core HR modules, with hands-on experience across SIT scenarios and end-to-end delivery activities. I prepare training materials and configuration workbooks, build user stories and acceptance criteria, and contribute to Functional Specification Documents to keep solutions aligned with business expectations.

I also strengthen project execution through rigorous test planning and scripts for Compensation, Performance, Recruit, Talent, Absence, Benefits, and GHR workstreams—often improving testing efficiency and maintaining quality.
