What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote contract work where I can build and optimise reproducible genomics or microbiome pipelines, curate and interpret biological data, and deliver clear scientific reports for multidisciplinary research teams.

I'm building open-source platforms that take raw sequencing data through to structured scientific reports. My WES Engine automates exome analysis with fastp, BWA-MEM2, sambamba, DeepVariant, and a Streamlit dashboard for non-computational collaborators.

My Gut Microbiome Report automates 16S rRNA analysis and produces publication-style reports using TaxaForge for taxonomic analysis. At Allele Tech, I analyse microbiome, WES, and WGS datasets; develop Python, Bash, and Galaxy pipelines; and translate computational results into conclusions research teams can act on.

My background spans computational biology, structural bioinformatics, and wet-lab research. I work with molecular docking, functional analysis, dataset curation, scientific documentation, and experimental workflows including DNA isolation, PCR, and microbial culturing.

I'm available for remote contract work and enjoy creating reproducible workflows that make omics analysis more accessible and consistent.
