What I'm looking for

I am looking for research roles that combine computational genomics and wet-lab work, with opportunities to build analytic pipelines, apply ML, and contribute to translational projects in collaborative teams.

I am a bioinformatics researcher focused on leveraging computational and laboratory methods to analyze biological systems and drive translational research. I blend hands-on molecular biology experience with NGS data analysis, pipeline development, and cloud-based computing to deliver reproducible results.

My recent work includes analyzing NGS datasets for genetic and epigenetic variants, building automated analysis pipelines using ML approaches, and performing molecular modelling and MD simulations to study protein function and engineered variants. I have practical experience in library preparation, long-read sequencing, and protein expression workflows.

I seek roles where I can apply my skills in genomics, methylation analysis, and computational structural biology to solve biological problems, contribute to team science, and translate findings toward real-world applications.
