What I'm looking for

I seek roles applying bioinformatics and multi-omics integration in translational research, with collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and opportunities to build scalable, reproducible pipelines and advance precision medicine.

I am a bioinformatics consultant with hands-on experience working across genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, and metagenomics, supporting both research and applied data analysis projects.

I have worked on integrated multi-omics studies combining ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, and DNA methylation data to investigate transcriptional regulation and epigenetic remodeling. In one major research project, I worked on the analysis of the oxygen-sensing transcription factor RAP2.12, where I contributed to multi-omics data processing, cross-omics integration, and downstream interpretation to identify direct gene targets linked to shoot architecture and flowering time. My work supported the identification of coordinated transcriptional and epigenetic changes, including non-canonical DNA methylation patterns associated with developmental and transgenerational phenotypes.

I have also worked on genotyping quality control, where I was responsible for evaluating technical reproducibility across replicate samples generated from identical DNA sources. This included genotype encoding, GC Score–based filtering, Pearson correlation analysis, call-status assessment, and justification of QC thresholds to ensure reliable and reproducible genotype datasets suitable for downstream analysis.

In addition, I have supported laboratory teams with metagenomic data analysis, including taxonomic exploration of 16S rRNA sequencing data. In these projects, I worked on quality control, taxonomic assignment, comparative abundance analysis, and visualization to help experimental teams interpret microbial community composition and derive actionable biological insights.

Across these projects, I have directly contributed to transforming raw experimental data into clear, reproducible, and biologically interpretable results, supporting manuscript preparation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

If you are working with sequencing or complex biological data and need structured analysis with transparent reasoning behind each step, I am happy to connect
