I’m a Licensed Property Adjuster with 7+ years of claims handling and file review experience. I interpret policy language, explain coverage decisions to insureds, and maintain confidentiality while delivering clear, exceptional communication.

I’m skilled in damage assessment and virtual estimating, using CAT Virtual Estimating to prepare estimates remotely. I collaborate with inspectors and insureds to evaluate property damage, determine claim scope, and ensure the estimate reflects the supporting evidence.

Through frequent file reviews, I drive quality and compliance—reviewing new claim assignments, validating estimate accuracy, determining coverage eligibility, and adjusting reserves as appropriate. I also identify potential subrogation opportunities and fraud indicators while maintaining strong productivity, including an average of 12 claim closures per day.

Before claims adjusting, I built a strong foundation in case management and customer support as a Financial Support Worker (2016–2018). I managed eligibility determinations, maintained electronic case files using ADDI document imaging, and ensured accurate, timely documentation and reporting. I bring that same attention to detail to every claim, backed by my bachelor’s degree and multiple state adjusting licenses.
