What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve e-commerce operations, storefront development, catalog accuracy, ERP integrations, conversion optimization, and customer journeys for growing digital commerce brands.

I've built and managed end-to-end e-commerce operations for ariika, Furvive, Business Solutions, and Aqrab Agency across Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, Zid, Salla, and Ecwid.

At ariika, I manage synchronization for 2,000+ SKUs across Shopify and Odoo, develop custom Liquid storefront features, resolve API and webhook issues, and execute promotional campaigns, bundles, landing pages, and checkout improvements.

I've improved site speed by 40%, lifted conversion rates by 15%, reduced manual inventory work by 50%, and managed catalogs of 5,000+ SKUs across Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and Raneen. I also lead teams, support customer issue resolution, and connect payments, shipping, AI search, and personalization tools to improve store performance.
