At VAAL Solutions, I manage social media, brand work, websites and SEO for clients in the UK, Australia and the GCC. I led The Sleep Expert’s rebrand from a clinical wellness-coach identity to a premium personal sleep concierge positioning.

I designed and built The Sleep Expert’s four-page website, including a curated affiliate product edit, and manage its ongoing on-page SEO and updates. I’m also developing VAAL Sights, an internal dashboard for marketing, PPC and e-commerce performance that’s at prototype stage.

At Kafea Terra UK, I support Shopify and Amazon retail channels, process orders and maintain product listings and stock. I also bring hands-on experience building the Instagram-first Flame Crystals accessories brand and managing its sourcing, inventory and nationwide D2C fulfilment across Egypt.
