What I'm looking for

I'm eager to grow in e-commerce and marketplace operations, and I'm open to relocation.

At Dr Mobile, I managed day-to-day operations for the main marketplace accounts, B.TECH and Yalla Tager. I also worked on seller accounts on Noon, Jumia, and Raya.

I monitored and updated prices, tracked competitor offers, and maintained product listings, including adding products and removing unavailable or discontinued items. I was responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.

I followed up on orders, returns, and stock availability, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve account and product issues. I used Microsoft Excel for operational tasks, price sheets, and data management.

Earlier, I entered and organized technical data at Micro Engineering Company and assisted with performance reports. My experience also includes customer service, order picking, in-store product promotion, cashier work, and equipment maintenance.
