I'm looking to contribute strong customer service, retention, sales, and technical support skills in a role where I can resolve customer needs, improve satisfaction, and support company success.

I currently support Sweathouz customers by matching products and memberships to individual wellness goals, processing transactions, and resolving inquiries promptly.

At Asurion Insurance Services, I sold and upsold technical products and services, closed service contracts, and used remote login tools to help clients solve product and technical questions. I also monitored customer chat requests and collaborated on effective sales plans.
