At Spring Ridge Retirement, I lead community relations, admissions, and marketing for a 75-bed assisted living and memory care community, building referral partnerships and guiding families from inquiry through move-in.

Previously at Canterbury House, I led admissions and business development for a 100+ bed skilled nursing and post-acute facility, maintained 90%+ occupancy, managed a network of 30+ referral partners, and used admissions data to improve conversion, payor mix, and referral performance.

My background also includes managing six-figure nonprofit programs at Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, coordinating behavioral health navigation at the University of Washington School of Medicine, and owning a multi-employee business with full P&L responsibility. I bring patient-centered care, operational discipline, and community partnership building to healthcare growth and access.
