At Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, I lead admissions as a core business function that supports occupancy, revenue stability, and operational performance.
I partner with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and executive stakeholders on census forecasting, capacity planning, payer mix, and growth initiatives. I build referral relationships with hospital leaders, discharge planners, case managers, insurers, and community partners while representing the facility in tours, presentations, and negotiations.
I oversee insurance verification, authorizations, and payer communications across Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Affairs, and managed care plans. I also use PointClickCare and CRM tools to track leads, census trends, authorizations, and performance metrics.
My earlier direct resident-care experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant gave me a strong clinical and operational foundation. I bring that perspective to compliance, team coaching, quality standards, and admissions decisions that align with facility capabilities.
