What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an execution-first Product Operations role where I can own 0→1 operating systems end to end, scale CX and fleets, and automate with AI. I’m actively seeking to relocate to the Netherlands with visa sponsorship.

I’m an execution-first Product Operations operator with 3.5+ years across three 0→1 startup pilots in concierge, laundry marketplace, and beauty & personal care. I built core operating systems from scratch—dispatch logic, vendor capacity tracking, CX workflows, SOPs, and training models—then scaled from doing deliveries on the ground to running a CX team and a 15-person rider fleet.

In my current Founder’s Office role at Pokus Technologies, I joined pre-launch with “zero systems in place” and shipped end-to-end foundations: ticket monitoring from 8am to 1am, SLA-backed vendor management across 10+ partners, zone-based hotspot dispatch that cut pickup-to-delivery time by 55%, and a 4-person CX function owning escalations end to end. I’m also building AI automation workflows (Claude, Cowork, Codex) to move ops faster while keeping the human experience sharp.
