I’m a dynamic, bilingual strategist with over a decade of experience driving transformation, business process improvement, and strategic change across federal departments, Crown corporations, and non-profit organizations. I specialize in translating insights into action—simplifying complexity for leaders who need clarity fast.

In my current role as a Business Transformation Strategist, I help senior executives address complex challenges with evidence-based recommendations, structured change management, and performance frameworks. I design and implement KPI-aligned approaches, conduct business process reviews with stakeholder consultations, and produce executive-ready dashboards and briefings to strengthen accountability and decision-making.

Previously, as a Business Process Consultant with Protak Consulting Group, I strengthened governance and compliance through compliance reviews, optimized dashboards, and quality control processes—improving reporting accuracy across a global capital infrastructure portfolio. I also delivered daily intelligence summaries and rapid risk assessments at the Department of National Defence, enabling leadership to anticipate narratives and mitigate reputational risk.

I’ve also led public-facing advocacy and communications as a Communications Officer → Public Affairs & Projects Lead → Government Relations Consultant with Canadian Parents for French. I directed flagship events and built relationships with MPs, Senators, and senior staff to influence national FSL education policy and funding priorities, while monitoring Parliament and media to provide intelligence briefs for executive and board audiences.
