What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead strategy execution, planning, and performance measurement—using facilitation and data-driven insights to improve governance, reduce risk, and build psychologically safe, inclusive teams.

I’m an experienced leader in strategy and operations, dedicated to supporting sound decision-making and successful strategy execution. Over the past decade, I’ve navigated diverse contexts—client relationship management to government relations—and evolved into a trusted advisor to leadership. I work to empower teams and individuals through project management, performance measurement, and process improvement.

At Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, I lead operational planning and operational/reputational risk management while advising senior leaders. I built and activated a corporate decision-making approach and governance improvement action plan, and established a budget tracking and forecasting process that took forecasting accuracy from 44% to 98%. I also develop transformation strategies for communications and marketing, implement psychologically safe collaboration, and design workshops and meeting structures that integrate decision-making science—grounded in my continuous commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
