What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service skills in a supportive environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

I’m an empathetic, organized, and adaptable professional with a diverse background in customer service, healthcare, retail, and youth leadership. My career so far has been people-centered, driven by a genuine desire to help others, solve problems, and improve everyday experiences—whether that’s for customers, patients, or team members.

Most recently, I worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Circle K, where I led by example on the floor, managed customer issues with care and efficiency, and helped maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment. Before that, I trained as a Student Nurse at Letterkenny University Hospital, which developed my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and work collaboratively in high-stakes situations.

My earlier experience as a Retail and Deli Assistant at Dán Kavanagh’s Shop and Delicatessen gave me a strong foundation in customer interaction and multitasking, while my role as a Meitheal Leader at Our Lady of Lourdes Secondary School sparked my passion for mentoring and supporting others.

I’m now excited to take the next step in my career—ideally in a role that blends people skills, organization, and creativity. I’m especially drawn to companies that value collaboration, growth, and making a real difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about creative projects, writing, and learning new skills. I thrive in dynamic, purpose-driven environments and am always ready to jump in, contribute, and grow with a team.
