I am a dependable, personable professional with experience in customer service, retail sales, event representation, and student advocacy. I hold a BA in Creative Writing and Literature and an MA in Creative Practice from Atlantic Technological University Sligo, and I combine strong interpersonal skills with practical experience in busy service environments.

As a Student Ambassador and volunteer at ATU Sligo I implemented a quiet space initiative for neurodivergent students and helped launch the Autism Friendly Campus accreditation, working with senior staff and community leaders to improve student integration. In customer-facing roles I have handled cash, assisted customers, managed stock, and represented brands publicly across multi-hour shifts and group settings.
