What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to learn, expand my industry knowledge, and contribute through customer service, sales support, data administration, and teamwork.

I've supported customers across motor insurance sales, renewals, policy amendments, restitution queries, and high-volume inbound and outbound calls. I use Excel for accurate data processing, tracking, analysis, and administration while working to sales targets and retention goals.

I've also handled warehouse, retail, bar, stock, till, merchandising, and customer-service responsibilities. I contributed to a JavaScript project and a live WordPress travel website, bringing a creative eye and practical digital skills to my work.
