I’m looking for an administrative/office support role where I can manage scheduling, records, and compliance with accuracy, support customers and teams with clear communication, and contribute in a fast-paced environment that values reliability.

I’m a detail-oriented administrative professional with 10+ years supporting office operations across healthcare, education, staffing, and corporate environments. I manage high-volume scheduling, data entry, and recordkeeping while keeping sensitive documentation accurate and confidential.

In my most recent role as a Special Education Paraprofessional, I provide administrative and classroom support by maintaining accurate records for IEPs and behavioral documentation, tracking student progress, and coordinating scheduling for meetings and services. I’m known for smooth communication with teachers and staff to keep daily operations running effectively.

Previously, I led day-to-day office management as an Office Manager / On-site Coordinator, handling scheduling, payroll processing, onboarding, compliance tracking, incident reporting, and E-Verify processing.
